2014 China (shenzhen) International TV Drama and TV Narrative Program Fair

2014 China (shenzhen) International TV Drama and TV Narrative Program Fair, hosted by China Television Drama Production Industry Association and Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, is scheduled for December 15-17, 2014 in Shenzhen. This fair is the “upgraded version” of previous program promotion fair as well as the “innovative version” of going-out project. The main content includes:

I.Organizing the negotiation and signing of the preposed cooperation of new television dramas

In 2015, there will be changes in the TV drama broadcasting market, for that the modes of “one drama, two channels” and “no more than two episodes at prime time” demands that the producers and broadcasting companies should bring their cooperation and trade early in the process of pre-submiting and reserving the storyline and script, which will be more specific and less risky. In accordance with the requirement of this trend, the Fair will work as a pragmatic and effective trading platform. This is the core of the Fair. Meanwhile, in consideration of the program during the period from the end of the two episodes to 22:00, the Fair also involves pre-submiting and reserving the TV narrative program (Scene reconstruction documentary) and international cooperation. China Television Drama Production Industry Association have started to collect new drama storylines, which will be compiled to be a “project promotion handbook” and delivered to related units for reference. To protect the copyright of the new drama and the author’s legal rights, China Television Drama Production Industry Association and Copyright Protection Center of China have agreed to register all the storylines submitted lately.

II.Setting up the cooperation platform for TV dramas and TV narrative programs from home and abroad

With the backing of the Department of International Cooperation of State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of the People’s Republic of China, the Fair will invite relevant experts to communicate and discuss with our professionals about the creation and running modes of the theme, content, production and market of TV drama and TV narrative program. Through the famous exhibition company Basic. Lead. Inc (BL for short), 24 TV drama and TV narrative program production and marketing companies will be invited to the Fair, in order to set up a cooperation and trading platform to impel the producers, TV stations and video websites, which will help to open international market, and push Chinese TV dramas to go abroad. This is another core of this Fair.

III.Releasing “The Annual Report of China TV Drama Industry ”, and holding “Industry Development Summit Forum”

IV.Organizing the trading of TV drama finished products from home and abroad

The Fair is organized by China Television Production Industry Association Exhibition Department and Shenzhen Media Group, and is co-organized by Shenzhen Film& TV Producers Association and Shenzhen Culture Assets and Equity Exchange. The main meeting place is set in Wu Zhou guest house ShenZhen.

2014中国(深圳)国际电视剧暨电视叙事类节目交易会

    由中国电视剧制作产业协会与深圳市人民政府联合主办的“2014中国(深圳)国际电视剧暨电视叙事类节目交易会”定于2014年12月15日-17日在深圳市举行。此次交易会是在以往节目推介会基础上的“升级版”和实施走出去工程的“创新版”。主要内容有：

    一、组织新剧项目前置合作的洽谈与签约

    2015年，我国的电视剧播出市场将发生新的变化，“一剧两星”和“黄金时段两集”的模式要求必须将制播双方的合作与交易提前到对剧情、剧本的预投、预订的阶段，使制播双方的针对性更强，风险性更小。此次交易会正是适应了这种新形势的需要，为电视剧的制作与播出搭建一个务实高效的交易平台。这是本次交易会的核心内容。同时，考虑到每天黄金时段两集电视剧之后至22:00前的节目档需求, 交易会把电视叙事类节目(情景再现式纪录片)的预投、预订以及中外合作的内容也纳入其中。中国电视剧制作产业协会为此启动了新剧项目前置对接交流的征集汇编活动，所收集到的新剧项目故事内容大纲将统一汇编成“项目推介手册”并提前发至各有关单位，供参会时交流使用。为了保护新剧项目版权，维护作者合法权益，中国电视剧制作产业协会与国家版权保护中心商定，对所有提交的新剧项目故事内容大纲进行注册、登记。

    二、搭建中外电视剧、电视叙事类节目合作的平台

    在国家新闻出版广电总局国际合作司的支持下，交易会将邀请国外电视剧、电视叙事类节目的有关专家，就电视剧、电视叙事类节目在题材、内容、制作、市场等诸多方面的创作和运行模式与我国同行进行交流和研讨；通过国际知名的会展公司basic.lead.inc(简称BL)，邀请欧、美、亚、中东的24家电视剧、电视叙事类节目的制作和购销公司参会，与中国方面进行市场合作，为推动制作机构和电视台、视频网站开拓国际市场，促进中国电视剧走出国门搭建一个合作和交易平台。这也是此次交易会的核心内容之一。

    三、发布“中国电视剧产业年度调查报告”，召开“产业发展高峰论坛”。

    四、组织中外电视剧成品交易。

    此次交易会由中国电视剧制作产业协会会展部和深圳广电集团共同承办，深圳影视制作行业协会、深圳文化产权交易所协办，主会场设在深圳市五洲宾馆。
